hi, i'd liket to ask you for help with my problem with drop caps. to illustrate better what i need i add a printscreen:
i start the first paragraph with 2-line drop caps, but sometimes it doesn't look very nice... like this example. the first word in the second line (žmolím) is stuffed with the drop-cap letter. what would you do with it so that it would look normal? thanks
i tried adding a space but it always put the last word from the first line to the beginning of the second line and actually that's the same... but i solved it out the way that i put one more letter before the first word in the second line and colored it "paper". thus it looks as if there is a space, in fact there's a white letter
anyway, thank you peter
I suspect you didn't understand what I meant.
In the figure above, the first paragraph is set to drop the A. In the bottom paragraph I inserted a hair space after the A, then dropped two characters.
Coloring a character with [Paper] will make it show against any sort of object behind it. If you still think you need to make a glyph invisible, it's better to fill it with [None].
