I'm using Acrobat Pro 9 to convert outlook.com AKA hotmail emails to PDF by clicking on Print and choosing Adobe PDF as my printer. Long emails end up saying they have two pages, but the second page is empty. How can I get it to print the whole email?
And is there a way to print just the body of the email, without ads, etc.? If I try to widen the page to see more of the email, the edge of the message gets cut off and the ads stay.
Open your email message within Outlook.com and from the right-hand side, click 'Actions', then choose 'Print'.
Your email message will open in smaller window w/out ads, and automatically bringup your print dialog box. This might help reduce the number of pages that are being printed, as it's often the ads that are causing the extra page to be generated.
Let us know how it goes.
