Problems with installing Edge Preview.

Hi, i have connect to Creative Cloud (1 year) and i try to install Edge Preview but it  didn't work. I got these message:

I have search for trial version of Edge Preview but i didn´t found on computer for deleting.

    Hi Lhblom,

     

    I would check to see if there is an option to uninstall Edge Preview in

     

    Control Panel > Programs and Features (Vista/Win 7) or Add/Remove Programs (XP)

    Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac)

     

    After uninstalling try running the installer again

    Hi Dave,

    thanks for your annswer but i cant find any uninstaller for Edge Preview there.

    What to do?

    Lgblom which operating system are you using?  Where exactly did you look for the uninstaller?

    Hi Jeff,

    i use Mountain Lion 10.8.1 and i search in Spotlight för Edge Preview.
