Deploying Flash Builder

I am new to Flash Builder. My question is, how do you export the project you created in Flash Builder to a Web host? I am sure this is very simple and straightforward to do. I looked for the answer unfortunately i was unable to find.

I would appreciate if you can give me a set of instructions or provide me a link to an article so i can read about it.
