If you go to the Apple Menu>About This Mac what does it have listed as your processor?
Can you please try downloading and installing the trial of Premiere Pro from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=premiere_pro. Once installed, in trial mode, please choose the option to License this Software and enter the Adobe ID tied to your Creative Cloud subscription.
