I'm having problems with the Flash Player to play online games on Facebook. I've done all the procedures reported by the Adobe page and still having problems. The games and the computer crash accuses the Flash player is using all the available computer memory. What should I do?![]()
What browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried an alternative browser to see if it's occurring there too? Finally, what version of Flash Player is installed?

Thanks,

I have Windows 7-32 bit, I use Mozilla Firefox only. Have not tried the other cause not use another, only use Firefox. The version is the last FlashPlayer 11.3.300.270. And the problem is not with Firefox but with Flash Player, which occupies the entire memory of the computer when I have to play.
Thanks. Would you mind trying our Flash Player 11.4 beta to see if that addresses the issues in Firefox? If you still encounter problems, I'd recommend downgrading to either 11.2 or 10.3 using the steps outlined in the FAQ below.
Hi Chris,
Thank you for trying to help me, but I installed the 11.0 version and the
problems are over. But has the problem of not being able to upgrade,
unfortunately.
So I can't try this beta thing that you suggest, cause I'm affraid that
returns my problems.
But thank you very much!!!
