Any news on when next release due?

A number of new camera models have hit the shelves and was just wondering when we might see 4.2 or at least 4.2RC ? Any ideas ?

Nobody who knows is allowed to say. The rest of us just have to guess.

New point releases come out approximately quarterly, so I'd expect to see 4.2 sometime around the end of this month (August).
