CS5.5 Menu Font Issue

Has any one ever seen this before? All of my menus have changed to some bar code looking style. I have gone through and removed all of my preferences from the roaming profile area and that has not resolved it. Please let me know what else i can try.

    I found the fix for this, incase anyone else encounters it.

    The issue results from a corrupt update from iTunes.

    The resolution is to re-install the Segoe UI windows fonts.

    Simply take them from a working computer (ie windows 7 to windows 7) and re-install them on the computer that is not working.

    The directory for the fonts is: C:\Windows\Fonts\Segoe UI

    Be sure to install all 6 and reboot.
