Help with columns

I have a website that has recently starting displaying incorrectly and has scroll bars where they never were before. There is a scroll bar in the menu bar, they are on the sides and at the bottom of some pages. Also my 3 column pages are now all messed up with the center column displaying at the very bottom of the page so it looks like there is nothing on the page besides the menu at the top and side unless you scroll clear down. Here is the website address http://www.midwayrealtyks.com/commercial.html for the page that is the worst. The home page, the right hand column is clear at the bottom of the page.

Any help with fixing this problem will be greatly appreciated!

The validator suggests that you have a bit of tidying up to do on the page you linke to:

http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.midwayrea ltyks.com%2Fcommercial.html

It indicates that you have a </p> tag and a </div> tag that are stray. That means you either have deleted the opening tag or forgotten to open these or just that they are stray tags. I reckon that a stray tag is enough to screw your layout.

Anyway, track those down and see how it is.
