HELP!! Can't import MOV. file? (CS4)

i'm using Cs4 and my problem is cannot import the mov. file

it shows:

***After Effects error:Can't import file "(file name)"

    unsupported filetype or extension.

    (0::1)

 

and i have read "troubleshooting QuickTime errors with After Effects"

However it cannot help

 

i am sure that i have installed Quicktime 7.X

 

who can help me,

it really makes me crazy.

    We need to know what kind of movie file you're trying to import. There are hundreds of types. We also need to know the version of your OS. If you can open up the .mov file in QuickTime player check the movie info for the codec.

    Hit Command I when you open up the quicktime player to get the Inspector panel Rick is talking about.

    Without any more additional information than that, I can only recommend that you use the Enable Legacy Codecs selection in QT Pro Preferences.  And if you happen to have QT X installed, get rid of it in favor of the latest version of QT 7.

    I have this problem at soon time , i have updated Quick Time and the problem solved
