Master Collection serial number is 'invalid'

Deploying a lab with aammee. As your client imaging video suggested we created a trial and tried to create a serialization file. Every time I enter the serial number, error says it's invalid. Vendor has confirmed it is the correct number and suggested I contact you. Copying/pasting or typing the number results in same problem. Can you please help asap? We are on deadline.  Tia.

    Hi Marlinky

    As long as the serial you are entering is a Volume Serial then you should not have a problem. I am assuming you are entering the serial number when "creating a serialization file" in AAMEE ? If so can you verify that when you choose to the workflow in AAMEE "CS6 installation package" and it asks you for the serial number does it accept it here ?

    My apologies the experience was so bad and it took support so long to realize the issue. Also ARD should not have a problem with deploying out the serialization files. If this is still an issue for you please drop me a mail (kagibson@adobe.com)
