How to set the service.check_override_patterns using eclipse and not the crx admin

I have set the service.check_override_patterns under the com.day.cq.rewriter.linkchecker.impl.LinkCheckerImpl in the crx admin, but it gets deleted during a build process. Would want to include it as part of the code base in eclipse or using the Felix console so it does not get deleted during the maven build process. How to go about doing this? Thanks
