I reset this thing over and over but I constantly get Invalid Password. Please try again. Any thoughts.
It normally happens just before completion of CF 10 installation when it is trying to configure thing by CF admin login but login attempt fails to complete installation, If you are getting this error “Invalid Password. Please try again.” even after reseting password then you can perform following to resolve this windows security issue:-

Your suggestions worked on my first machine that has a fresh install of CF 10.
But when I encountered the error on my second machine which has a CF8, I could not make it work. I tried all your suggestions but no luck.
I shut off all my CF8 services and install CF 10. I could not login to the CF Admin even with the correct password. I even tried to reset the password and restart the CF10 services.
Any idea is really really appreciated. I have a 64-bit Windows 2008 Server R2 machine.
