When printing a signed document with Adobe Reader, the comment icons appear. How do I prevent this ?
When printing from Reader, select Document instead of Document and Markups:
Document is the default mode. And the icons still appear.
Normally, that should do it, and it does it for me.
Try this: Go into Reader Preferences > Commenting and uncheck Print Notes and Popups.
No that does not work either. I uncheck all the options in that section. Are you using Acrobat or Actrobat Reader. I am using Actrobat Reader.
I have both Reader and Acrobat installed. I've not had problems in turning off the printing of comments in either one.
Windows 7 and Acrobat Reader 10.1.4
