We just Tried to produce a new App woth Viewer Builder. unfortunately the process seems to be hang up. Every step went fine and the production process started successfully.
But the productn never ends. It's about three hours now, and the wheel still spins. Also after we rebootet the Mac.
We were able to produce the App with a second job, which successfully ended after acouple of seconds (as it usually is). So we don't have a pressure here in terms of time.
Still we don't want a broken App with a spinning wheel in our Viewer Builder. Especially because we are not the only ones from the company that use this account.
Is there a way to stop this broken process? It's not possible to end or delete it.
Or is there anyone, who I can contact because of this issue?

I just tested updating an existing app as well as creating a new one, it worked fine.
Are you using the latest version for Viewer Builder (220.127.116.11.55824 .. usually visible at the top of the VB window)?
Yes we are using the newest version. A client of ours is experiencing the exact same problem with a completely different setup (different location, different mac, different accounts, different app)
Maybe it has something to do with the ftp server restart AdobeDigitalPub mentions on twitter
(@richardbrammer is it still happening? We restarted one of our servers earlier this morning due to slow FTP transfers.)
.. just a note to say we identified the problem on one machine yesterday.
The engineer then triggered a re-execution of all builds that had been previously ran on that machine alnd all should now be fine.
