ALTERNITIVE LAYOUT LINKS

I created a horizontal layout, then I generated an alternate layout (vertical)

Pages and content are linked properly.

I want to add a new set based on the same layout.

How can I duplicate a new set based off existing layout and have them linked properly?

Let me put it another way....

I have a H page in masters, Alternitive layout generates a new V page. They do not appear to be linked. SO when I add one new H and V from masters they are not linked. Goal would be to...After generating alternitive lay to add a linked set.

Did you duplicate the folio as these links would be the same as the new altered copy also all the settings from the master page. I dont think alternative layouts are fully supported at present maybe adding a single vertical orientation to your folio and then re connecting to the resources would work better.

I think you would need to manually reconnect any links or file resources,but you could also try using the new content collector tool to make the V and H alternate layouts and see if that works
