Re-order threshold notification not coming through

Hi all,

 

For some reason my client isn't receiving a notification when the order threshold is reached. I just did a test and nothing happened. Any ideas? The test product was set up as below. And I went and purchased the item which should have triggered this. Is there something I'm missing? My client is set up as a user so....

    Please make sure that the "Role Responsible" field is set inside the product details. That role specifies who gets notified.

    Hi Mario, Do you know if automating this is on the 'agenda' for BC to implement (mass turn on role responsible or via product upload)?

    Considering I asked for this over a year ago and still waiting, god knows if they will ever do this.
