can i somehow to know what kind of version of compiler was made flex application which was downloaded into SWFLoader?

If you read the bytes in the loaderInfo.bytes there are tags early in Flex SWFs that contain the compiler version. See the File format for how to decode the bytes: http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/swf/pdf/swf_file_form at_spec_v10.pdf
