I am having problems activating/signing up for a Creative Cloud subscription

yesterday it took 46 minutes on hold for tech support to answer.Tthen two hours later after melicious tools bars were inapproporiately installed by your techs, I was told that the file must be corrupted. another 4 hours to download by DSL! Your "Cloud Servers" will not allow registration today and your phone lines are busy today and will not ring thru. What $#%%%@@#$%^ kind of support is this!
