Is it possible to download folios in China?

My company is using the trial version of DPS and one of my coworkers is trying to download an updated folio while he is in China. He says that the update is not showing up in the Content Viewer. Is it possible to download a folio overseas? Is there something special I need to know?

Currently Adobe does not fullfill content in China, that means your Multi Issue Apps (Adobe Hosted) would not work as Apps would install however the Folios would not download in your custom viewer or Adobe content viewer, however you can build Single Edition Apps or Built in Single Issue Apps, which will work in China.
Adobe is working on a solution and we are hopeful that we would support content delivery in China in future.

The solution when available will be limited to customers who can present to Adobe a General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP). GAPP licenses are not provided to foreign owned corporations. They are only provided to joint ventures or Chinese entities.
Once this solution is made available to qualifying DPS publishers, it will be communicated broadly through our sales, marketing and technical channels of communication.

If you cannot get a Gapp Licence, then Single Edition/Built in Single Issue is the way to go for you.
