My team is having problems understanding workflows. I would appreciate direction on these questions.

 

  1. How do we add a step to a workflow to issue an email?
  2. How do we dynamically adjust the contents of the email? Specifically, we want to get the text of a reviewer’s comments into an email. Examples of other email content adjust ments would be helpful as well.

 

Where do we look to better understand Workflow concepts?
