Linux packager support

I'm working in a relatively big game studio and we are more and more working on games that must run on multiple devices. A big issue we have for using AIR is that all our build servers are running on Linux and Adobe have discontinued their support for AIR on Linux.

My question is in two parts:

1. [TO ADOBE] I'm ok with stopping support of the RUNTIME on Linux, but why stop supporting the packager? Every company I've worked in use Linux build servers; shouldn't you at least support the building / packaging tools if you want AIR to be taken seriously as a cross-platform solution?

2. [TO THE COMMUNITY] Has anyone found a workaround for packaging AIR applications on Linux? I can build it fine, but I can't package it.

Thanks.
