Why is my button not working to turn on and turn off the caption?

Tags:I would like to make a button that will turn on and turn off a caption in DPS. I've seen it in other DPS magazines. I did my research and saw this question asked before, but the answer was to make a hot spot button in the caption to turn it off. I would like the button to do both, turn on and off the caption.
I attached a jpg of my object states in a screen shot, I made my caption a state and an invisable box a state. Then you will see a screen shot of my button build. I am pretty sure I have my button built wrong.
Could someone please help me? I don't have anyone to turn to at work, it's all me around here.
