Today we had users upgrade to Adobe Reader 10.1.4
and cleaned their registry.
After sometime of processing, we saw the original Adobe error -- 1014:1014
Tried to close and open workitems again, but the doc would not display. After a couple of times, the Adobe error changed to the 507:507 error (see screenshot below) .
Note: We were able to view a pdf via Adobe Reader and IE (outside of Netx360).
Logout/Login to Netx360 clears the issue for another couple of hours.
Why would our users keep getting these errors?
Try the Acrobat and Reader Cleaner tool. Then re-install.
