Does anyone know of a good Encore CS6 reference manual and/or tutorial? I've searched the Internet and can't seem to find any book of any kind that's relevant to Encore.
An Adobe "Classroom In A Book" for Encore would have been useful, but there doesn't appear to be anything forthcoming from Adobe or anyone else.
I've got the Adobe Encore CS6 Help And Tutorial, but I find it lacking any depth and detail.
Suggestions would be appreciated!
Even if you have a later version, this is a good book to learn Encore

I like that Focal Easy Guide, that John T. linked to. Yes, it is for EncoreDVD 2.0, which is quite old, but about 90% of it will apply to later versions of Encore. Some buttons have changed places, and the book stops short of BD authoring, but the rest will apply, as its mainly "concept" material, and the basic mechanics have not changed.
I would love to see Jeff Bellune do an Encore CS6 book, but he has stated that it will not happen. I can see where Focal would be heistant, since Encore is no longer a stand-alone program, but would think that Adobe would hire him to update the material. Oh well.
Good luck,
Hunt

Thanks for the information, most appreciated. It's a shame Adobe have decided not to publish reference manual of their own, but at least i have something to go on.

You mean the Encore CS6 Help and Tutorials that Adobe published a few months ago as a PDF? It's there, and has a number of links to relevant on-line tutorials. I downloaded it to my Encore PC so I'd have it even when working offline.
