Can not download update 10.1.3. Please help!

I have tried to download update 10.1.3 three times. Each time failed and an error message appeared saying "insufficient privileges". I tried to correct this by folloing your FAQ solution for this error message, but it still is not working. Please help!

Install 10.1.4 from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise

There is a difference between between unable to install or download. The above link should allow you to download. If you still cannot try to do so from a different user.
