serial codes even though i have adobe cloud

I has downloaded a trial of Illustrator CS6 a few months ago. I just recently subscribed to adobe cloud thinking i could use this software how ever its asking me a serial code! I dont have one because i downloaded it from adobe cloud

Be sure that you're using the good adobe ID (the one used to buy the subscription).Be sure that the language installed is the same as the cloud language bought .
