Can't start Photoshop Subscription because of expired trial-version.

I tested the CS6 Photoshop Extended Trial-version and after it expired I bought "Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (monthly)". I downloaded and installed it. Now when I start it all I see is the "Trial expired"-window.

I tried de- and re-installing everything, tried cleaning the registry, tried the Adobe CS removal tool – nothing helped.

The "Trial expired"-window has a button to enter a serial number, but the monthly subscription didn't come with one – I checked all "My Adobe" subpages I could find. There wasn't a serial number in E-Mails either.

Hope someone can help, thanks alot!

Not familiar with monthly subscription, but seems like with all products it needs a serial number for activation.

So I would call customer support and expalin you can find no serial number.  Have your order number and prooof of purchase handy.
