CS6 Encore launches but all options are greyed out

The headline says it all. I'm using CS6 on a MacBook Pro, OS 10.7. Previously Encore has worked well. After the most recent update, Encore will launch but all of the options are greyed out. I can't start a new project, etc. When I try to open a previous Encore project, I receive an error message that some needed software is missing. Any ideas to help me solve the problem? With many thanks.

    I suspect that same sort of issues that one gets when the activation is messed up. I think the resolution is deactivate and reactivate.

     

    Are you missing any presets in Premiere? I would look at some of the issues in the Premiere forum to further diagnose the problem and look for the recommended fix.
