No "Download Now" button.

Gave up on Photoshop.  Website too hard to navigate.  No download button on Photoshop Elements for either the trial or buy version.  If this is the way the website works, I don't want the program even though I understand Photoshop is supposed to be the best.

    The button is there.

     

    PSE11 is out soon.

    It's not on my screen.  I turned off pop-up blocker.  Don't know what else to do.  Where is it located?  If it's the PSE logo, that is not functioning as a link.

    No - the "Download Now" box that appears on what you sent me does not appear on my screen.   The area where that should appear is empty of information.  Here is what appears at the end of that screen (excluding the very bottom info):

    I think that button uses Flash Player - do you have it enabled?

    I think the problem is that I had downloaded a prior version of this program and didn't realize it.  I'm probably locked out of a trial version now.

    That really shouldn't be it. A lot of people use the trial to reinstall if they lose their original media, and I've often downloaded the trial to check something about the download process when I already had a working version.

    fyi - I decided to try a different web browser (Mozilla instead of IE9) and that worked.  There must be some setting in IE that needs to be changed but I don't know what it is.  I have flash activated so it's not that.  Thanks for your help.
