    Sorry, but, I'm not sure I'm understanding your question correctly. Where are you seeing "Mul"?

    what means Mul...For FB4,,, can installed in win & Mac? I INSTALLED IN A WIN DESKTOP CAN INSTALL IN A MAC LAPTOP?

     

    where download FB4 for the Mac?

    From what I know, that would indicate the serial number is cross-platform. That is, you can use the serial number regardless of OS - Mac or Win. I'd, however, suggest that you contact Customer Support to confirm.

    this means I can have two installations one in win machine and another in mac machine?

     

    in my case i have installed in win desktop so another install on my Mac laptop should succeed?

     

    can you provide url download FB4 for the mac? this:

    Hi,

    If your serial number is 'retail', you can license on maximum two systems. If your serial number is 'volume licensing'' you can license on N number of systems.

    Please contact customer support if you facing problem in licensing.

    Yeah, you have posted the correct url, for downloading the FB 4 build.

    my license is in my case retail, when you say two systems you mean desktop/laptop?

     

    "Mul"(see 1st post) is my platform type of licese means these two systems can be mix, win and mac systems?

    yes, system here means desktop and laptop both.  On Win desktop you have already installed. Try installing on mac laptop. it will succeed.

    are you sure this is the correct link for install on the Mac from scratch(that i want), or is just update 4.0>4.1????
