Application Manager downloads and installs.
I launch the app and it tells me I have to log in with my adobe ID.
Then it says
"An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later.
I-200"
I've uninstalled the app, and re-downloaded and installed it and I always get the same error.
Any ideas?

Please delete the following folders,
'OOBE' and 'MBLStore' found in the below locations:
on Mac: /Users/<yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe
on Windows XP: Drive:\Documents and Settings\<yourusername>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe
on Windows 7: Drive:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Adobe
Let me know how that goes.

I am having the same problem, except that I was previously able to use Muse without problem. Suddenly this week I am getting the i-200 error.
Regarding the suggested fixes: these don't work for me.
for OOBE folder: deleting this (a) does not fix the problem and (b) makes the Adobe Application Manager unstable, potentially affecting my other Adobe installs.
for MLBStore: I cannot locate any such item in Library/Application Support/Adobe
I'm using a Mac.
Please try the steps listed in the following article.
