Using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro version 9.5.1

2 Questions:

1.  Under 'File' > 'Properties', in the 'Description' tab it shows in the bottom section under 'Advance' the location of the file. How do I get rid of the 'Location'?   I deleted everything out of the 'Custom' tab and that did nothing to the 'location'.   I do not want this file to be tagged in any way.

2.  Where do I go to select what is 'Denied' for a specific document when I email it others? i.e. Printing, changes to document, etc.

Thank You

    For "1" -

"Location" merely identfies where the PDF is on the end-user's computer.

What you see when you view this while a PDF is open on your computer will not be what I see.

If you come across a technique to hide/remove this for your license of Acrobat on your computer this technique won't be on my computer.

    For "2" -

Select Advanced > Security > Encrypt with Password

In the Password Securtiy - Setting dialog locate "Permission" (about half way down).

Tick "Restrict editing and printing of the document. A password will be required in order to change these permission settings."

    Configure as desired.

    Be well...
