Just signed up to convert PDF files to word cannot make it work????

What the steps to convert a PDF file to Word/Excel

    To use Export PDF simply visit https://exportpdf.acrobat.com, then sign in with your Adobe ID.  Our ExportPDF is an online service.  After you have purchased a subscription to Once you have signed in, follow the on-screen prompts will help guide you through using the service.

    First you need to selsct the PDF File and then you need to select the Format from the DropDown.  After completion you will see a Save button which allows you to save the .docx/.xlsx file to your computer.  If you do not save it to your computer and close out of the ExportPDF service you will need to convert the file again as it is not saved on our servers.

     

    There is no application download and you will not be receiving a disc in the mail.  This service is entirely web-based.
