Error 108 indicates your download was corrupted. You can try solution 3 listed in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assista nt.html#main_Solution_3.

Alternately you can intiate a direct download by following the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.
