Hi,
I've got a creative cloud subscription and everytime I try and update Premiere Pro to 6.0.2, Adobe Application Manager will bounce for a while on my dock and then "not respond". If I try and open Adobe Application Manager directly, same problem.
I'm running MacOs 10.7.4
This is obviously very annoying because I can't update any Adobe programs.

Downloading the updated AAM should also fix your issue.
