Bridge CS6 will not open on Dell/Win7 computer, any help?

After installing Creative Suite 6, Bridge has never opened. Installed update 13.0.1, Bridge still wont run. Getting the feeling from posts that Bridge CS6 is kind of buggy. Any help would be great.

    Bridge update (to Bridge 5.0.1.21) was released yesterday.  Have you tried that yet?

    After reading your post, I did the 5.0.1.21 update. No better afterword.

    That's unfortunate.    Being primarily a Mac user myself, I'm not equipped to help you troubleshoot your Windows system further.

    Well, one more thought:

     

    Try holding down the Control key as you attempt to launch Bridge and keep holding it down until you get a dialog box asking you if you want to delete settings.  Click yes to all three choices.

     

    Mac users would hold down the Option key.
