Problem importing old CS4 export presets

Hi Folks.

 

I've just started with CS6 Cloud and am ready to export, but to my surprise, my old AME export settings are gone. Furthermore, they don't exist in any of the possible preset locations I've read they should be in, like C:\Documents and Settings\-user-\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\4.0\Presets. The CS4 preset folders are all empty, including in PP CS4.

 

Using Window 7.

    I found them, but can't import any of them from the Export Settings import function. I get "The selected preset is not a valid H.264 (or whatever) preset. No exporter found for this preset."

     

    They have the .epr extension, but they're also all blanked out (white paper, top right curl)--not sure what that means.

     

    Is there something with these new "Legacy encoders" I need to do?

    Thing have changed since CS4. One of them going from 32 to 64 bits.

    Best thing is to make new ones.

    I didn’t have many, so it’s not really a big deal—just another one of those annoying aspects when upgrading.
