Pr CS6 - Reference Script creation failed

When attempting to import a .txt file as a script for a clip's speech analysis, I get this error:

"Reference Script creation failed. The destination folder may be locked or you may not have permission to write to this location."

I Googled the error, but didn't come up with anything. Has anyone come across this before? Anyone know what it is, or how to fix it?

Importing from Adobe Story works fine, but .txt files are a problem.

I am experiencing the same error but can't find a solution online. My .txt file is UTF-8 encoded. Did you find a solution?

    Running with an Admin account?

Is My Documents where it belongs, or has it been moved?

No, I'm not running with an admin account. I work for a school that will not allow me to have Admin access. Do I need admin access for this to work?

I tried uploading the .txt file from an external hard drive and from my desktop.

It's a good idea to run Adobe software with an Admin account so the programs have the access they need.

Even with an admin account, doing the below sometimes fixes 'odd' errors

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 (Encore AND PPro)

I am also getting the "Reference script creation failed." error when attempting to import into Premiere Pro CC. I have attempted both UTF-8 TXT and ASTX files on my external HDD, my desktop and in my documents folder. All to the same end. I am running Mac OS X 10.9.2 with all current updates.
