I just installed the recommended updates to CS6 (on October 13th) that contain an update to Dynamic Link. I've been using Premiere Pro CS6 since launch and the "Edit Clip in Adobe Audition" was always available when using the context menu (right click). This new update broke that feature. "Edit Clip in Adobe Audition" is now greyed out. A .png of the issue is enclosed. Was this Dynamic Link update not tested in the wild?
Thanks everyone for whatever help you can give! I should probably report it in the bug list as well.

The current workaround I'm using is to open up the audio (or video) file in Audition, do your work on it and save it. Updated file will be in Premiere Pro. I don't shut down Premiere Pro when I'm editing the audio and the audio updates after I've saved it in Audition, so for now I believe that the dynamic link is working, the engineers just did something in the code that broke the context menu. It's an extra step or three and disrupts the dynamic link workflow and is a bit of a pain especially when going back and forth a lot. I'd surely like Adobe to update their update quickly. It impacts my customers because it takes me longer to complete a project.
