can I set a button down state in the editable view?

Hello when I make a button the down state is only visable in the image preview view window.

Does anyone know if there is a option to have the down state on the editible orginal view?

    Double-click the button (in Original view) to enter symbol-editing mode. From here, you can view or edit any of the button's states using either the Properties inspector or the States panel.

    Is there a workaround using a script or plugin to have this view using only the button symbol?

    No when I design I place a static representation of the position of the active button, but for the time being that should do.
