Word 2007 hyperlinks not showing up in converted PDF

Using Acrobat Standard (Windows) 9.5.2:

 

My Word 2007 hyperlinks not showing up in converted PDFs. This, even though I've got the Preferences set correctly (I believe -- see screenshot).

 

Please help!

    How are you converting your documents? Are you using the Acrobat ribbon within Word or printing to the Adobe PDF Printer?

    Hi David,

     

     

    I was printing directly to the Adobe PDF Printer.  This is how I've always done it (for years).  It always worked before.

     

     

    I forgot all about going to the ribbon and attempting it that way — it worked!

     

     

    Thanks very much for bringing this to my attention.

     

     

    (I wonder why printing directly to the Adobe PDF Printer doesn't work…?)
