adobe Flash Player Settings PopUp

I recently started getting a pop up box that is labeled "Adobe Flash Player Settings." It contains the following:" xxxx( the name of various programs) is requesting permission to store information on your computer" I always select the Deny button and the pop up goes away but returns over and over. How do I get rid of this?
