So, in a game I have to constantly switch the movie clip, so I was wondering which is the best approach, to addchild and removechild every time I need to switch? or keep everything in different frame and just play the different movieclip when needed. There'll be some info that I have to keep inside the movie clip. But for the many frame movie clips seems that it might eat up lots of space.

IMO, it's much better to only use one frame and switch things as needed.
