Can't get ceilings straight

I doing ruler, strighten, great new feature, not working for these slanted celings I have in a new series.

 

Using the crop handles also make a mess. Anyone have ideas? thanks.

    You're really going to need to post a sample picture, K.  I suspect some combination of the things you mentioned should help given just the right finesse.  With a sample image someone should be able to show you how.

    Looks like simple straighting should do. What version of photoshop do you have? It makes a difference on which directions we give.
