Adobe3DAndVideoServer.exe not working when CS6 Bridge Launched 64 Bit on Win 7 64 Bit

QuickTime 7.7.3

Windows 7 64 Bit

All windows updates applied

Video driver updated

all adobe updates ran for bridge and PS CS6

Cleaned out preferences

 

Launching Bridge now responds with "Adobe3DAndVideoServer.exe not working"

 

with no help of what to do about the issue?

    The defaulting file is an interface program to connect with QT.

     

    Do you have 2 video cards installed? Can you go to Photoshop > Help > System Info, copy & paste that data here please?

    Hi,

     

    That exe is launched to 'thumbnail' the supported Ps Extended 3D file formats (.dae, .kmz, .obj, .u3d, .3ds). It doesn't use hardware acceleration so I don't think video card drivers would be a problem.

     

    I'll have to look at this a bit more tomorrow. You might also want to post in the Bridge forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/bridge

    Hi,

     

    I don't have any error message, but my AdobeBridge don't display any preview for my 3D files either...

    It compute the thumbnails, but I don't get the "turntable" in the Preview Panel...

     

    Im using a Dell M4700 with a Nvidia K2000M running win7 x64
