How can I export/render 2k video?

I cannot find a way to get beyond 1920 x 1080 in any of the render offereings. I have a 2048 x 1152 video file. I have CS5.5

 

Please advise. I did try H264 but it came out interlaced as the option to deinterlace (upper) was greyed out! Why have adobe made it so bleeding difficult to render ANY video???
