How can I export/render 2k video?

I cannot find a way to get beyond 1920 x 1080 in any of the render offereings. I have a 2048 x 1152 video file. I have CS5.5

Please advise. I did try H264 but it came out interlaced as the option to deinterlace (upper) was greyed out! Why have adobe made it so bleeding difficult to render ANY video???

So as to be able to export 2k video with H.264 you should change default 4.2 Level to 5.0 or 5.1 in exporting settings:
