I can't find a sequence preset to match my footage.

I don't know the camera source of the footage to choose a preset, all I have to go on are the properties of the MOV files. ie frame height 848 & width 480, data rate 4405kbps , total bit rate 4534kbps and frame rate 59 frames/second. I haven't found a preset to match.

Appreciate your help.

That is a delivery format, not intended to be edited. Your best bet is to convert to something editable before importing. Google is your friend.

In the project panel, drag the footage file into the new sequence icon then Premiere will create as sequence which matches your footage.
