getting an error runnibng muse from creative cloud - everything else works (Photoshop etc) but Muse only give option for trial or purchase

CS6 applications in Creative Cloud unexpectedly revert to trial mode

Sign in or activation errors

Check these. You may need to delete the SLStore and PCD folders so all apps reactivte properly based on your CCM

I'm having the same issue. The app manager had just run an update right before I decided I wanted to download Muse. It says trial now and I don't recall any of the apps in the app manager having said that before. Looked for the folders mentioned by Mylenium, but they don't seem to exist on my Mac...

Kebarnette please try looking in your Library/Application Support/Adobe folder. You should be able to locate the Adobe PCD and SLStore folders there.
