The program keeps saying that my serial number on the box is invalid.

Well, what program? What system? Where did you purchase it? If you bought an Elements product in a retail store, follow these guidelines:

For anything else we need a lot more info.

I am having the sam problem this morning I just purchased today the xi pro and when i tried to use the program it is telling me that the serial number is invalid and that this program doesn't exist on this computer. What am I missing?
